This simple juice recipe is all you need to gain relief from painful joints, legs and spinal problems. When I started juicing and getting more into raw foods, my back pain completely disappeared, and I no longer had to see the chiropractor.
When you eat more raw living foods, you’re also increasing the amount of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories in your blood stream, which helps reduce inflammation and thus dampens the pain response.
This simple juice recipe is also full of beneficial ingredients like pineapple, ginger and turmeric, all of which help reduce the inflammatory response and improve the conditions of arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, sinusitis, eczema, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, cancer, osteoarthritis, and more.
Turmeric also lowers histamine levels in the body, which helps to reduce inflammation, and ginger contains powerful little compounds called gingerols, paradols, shogaols, and zingerones which reduce pain-inducing prostaglandins in the body.
– 2 cups ripe pineapple
– 3 large carrots
– 1 orange, peeled
– 2 pears
– 3 celery stalks
– 2 inches fresh turmeric root
– 1 inch fresh ginger root
– 1 lemon, peeled
Stick all of the above ingredients through a juicer, and enjoy. Likewise, you could blend this recipe and enjoy as a smoothie.
