Oreo Cookies

Ingredients:

2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

½ cup cocoa powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened

1 ¼ cups granulated sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

½ Cup Oreos

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

Cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, to the butter and sugar mixture, beating until well combined.

Stir in vanilla.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.

Fold in Oreos.

Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Allow to cool on a baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Oreo Cheesecake

Ingredients:

1 package Oreo cookies -1/4 cup butter, melted

2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup sour cream -1/4 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup chopped Oreo cookies -1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan with butter.

Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and process until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and process until mixed. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Beat in vanilla extract, sour cream and heavy cream.

Gently fold in chopped Oreo cookies. Pour the batter over the prepared crust and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the top of the cheesecake with cinnamon and nutmeg.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until center is just set. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Oreo Cupcakes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

1 and1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 cup sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup milk

2 large eggs

2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs and vanilla.

Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, then pour in the wet ingredients. Mix until just combined and no lumps remain.

Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.

Divide batter evenly among the 12 muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
