Coconut oil can be used to restore moisture in your elbows if they tend to be dry often. Same can be said for dried heels or any other part that seems excessively dry.
Coconut oil can be used to exfoliate your lips, feet, and your face by adding some other household ingredients. For your lips you can mix a teaspoon of coconut oil with two teaspoons of brown sugar/raw sugar, feet you can mix coarse sea salt with coconut oil in a 2:1 ratio to scrub your feet, and your face by mixing coconut oil with baking soda in a 1:1 ratio.
You can replace butter entirely with the use of coconut oil. In fact, coconut oil is the wonderful alternative to butter, something that has the same great taste as well as being healthy for you.
