I used to be maybe a little addicted to my gym use.
I went every day and ran for about an hour. I’m not saying that to brag. Actually, that was one of the unhealthiest times of my life.
I wanted to lose a little weight and be healthy, but I was doing it all wrong. I was just beating myself up and draining myself with all the running, and my weight didn’t budge one bit.
I have since learned the value of rest. And of being a bit creative with my workouts. I don’t even need a gym when the yoga mat is always at home. But yoga isn’t all I do to stay fit.
