- 6 dried rosebuds
Pretty easy, right? All you do is boil a mugs worth of water and pour over the rose buds. Allow to steep for a few minutes, then strain the rosebuds out of the tea. Add a teaspoon of honey, stir well, and drink.
With any luck, your harsh menstruation symptoms will subside, or at least be more manageable.
