There are some things in life that you would suspect to be perfectly innocent, but it just is not so. Take deodorant for example you use it so other people will want to be around you, but you are unknowingly hurting your health!
Antiperspirants work by plugging your sweat glands temporarily with an aluminum-based compound. They are specifically related to breast cancer because the upper corner of the breast near the armpits is usually the site of developing cancerous cells and tumors.
“I just got information from a health seminar that I would like to share. The leading cause of breast cancer is the use of antiperspirant. Yes, ANTIPERSPIRANT. Most of the products out there are an antiperspirant/deodorant combination so go home and check your labels.”
The lymphatic system is the body’s defense against infection. The lymph system works by trapping the bad stuff and flushing it out frequently via things like our armpits. When the glands are blocked, our breasts are right there to take in the toxins.
Why would you want to smear chemicals in your armpits anyway? I know I sure don’t, so why not try and make your own? Come on it is easy!
10 Tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
5 Tbsp Baking Soda( Aluminum Free)
5 Tbsp Arrow Root Powder
Combine the baking soda and arrowroot powder. Add the coconut oil and work it in with a hand blender, food processor, or with a spoon. It should be the same texture as commercial deodorant, solid but applicable. You can scoop it out into your old deodorant container or place into a container with a lid and apply with your fingers.
