Vaginal infections are one of the most common reasons to visit your gynecologist, but the fungal ones can be also treated at home, by natural remedies.
Rosemary tea has a good effect against itching and prickling, which are results of a fungal infection. It can also be used as a preparation for an everyday intimate care. If you suffer from yeast infections, you should drink one to four cups of this tea daily.
In the fight against fungal infections, you should drink a non-sweetened blueberry juice several times a day. You can also take tablets with cranberry extract or eat dry cranberries and the results will be seen very soon.
Tea tree oil has very strong anti-inflammatory properties. Dip a tampon with several drops of tea tree oil and put it in your vagina. Leave it to work for two to three hours. Repeat the whole process two times a day.
A similar effect also has oregano oil, which you can apply on the surface or diluted in olive oil. You may also consume it orally, for example in the form of 2 capsules a day. Your problem with a fungal infection can be solved in a couple of weeks with the help of this treatment.
Eat garlic if you have a fungal infection. One option is to make a paste out of chopped garlic and apply it onto the infected surface. You can also consume a mixture of oils, garlic, vitamin E in capsules and coconut oil.
Buy organic clean vinegar, made of apples, if it’s possible. Put one cup of vinegar into a bath with hot water. Sit in that bath for 20 minutes and then gently wipe yourself with a towel.
This plant also has anti-inflammatory and anti-fungal properties. Squash several marigold leaves but make sure that the plant is clean and not treated by chemicals, so put them like that on the infected surface. You should avoid this treatment if you’re pregnant.
