You will never find easier and faster way of weight loss. It sounds too good to be true. Anyway, during the last 10 years, Japanese physician Fukutsudzi helps women to lose weight as fast as possible. His way is without diet regime, exhausting exercises and spending money.
This method is explained by the Japanese in his book which is released in almost six million copies around Asia. Obviously, it is quite famous.
The doctor states that any particular tools for rapid weight loss are not necessary. You will need a big towel, twine or ribbon to fasten the towel in roll, and flat surface-three times for five minutes every day.
The method is very efficient and easy to be implemented. You don’t need to do anything in particular-all you need to do is to implement the procedure for 5 minutes every day and lie in the proper position. Dr. Fukutsudzi is an expert for problems with the pelvic bone, and he discovered that the main cause of fat in the abdominal section is the variance of the pelvic bones and subcostal bone…
When he revealed the connection between these two problems, he conceived this method to be a fast and easy way which can remove the excess fat around your waist.
This is the procedure:
- Roll the towel and fix it with some tape
- Sit on the floor
- Apply the towel under your back leveled with your navel, and lie down (make sure that the towel is a little bit wider than the width of your back)
- Spread your legs at shoulder width and lean your legs, so that your thumbs are touching.
- Extend your arms over your head, and turn the palms down in the position where your two small fingers will touch.
This is all you need to do. It may seem simple, but this position is not so comfortable as it seems.
In case you aren’t able to reach the end of the hand, reach out as far as you can at the beginning, but make sure your thumbs on your feet are touching.
Lie down in this position for five minutes three times a day.
At the beginning it will be uncomfortable and painful, and in case you couldn’t bare the pain, you should implement the treatment as long as you can.
So, if you intend to have positive results, you should implement this “exercise” every day.
When you are done with the treatment, you shouldn’t get up fast. First, turn on the any side while lying down, then sit for a while, and you will be ready for getting up.
Warning: In case you are suffering from any spine or bone ailment, you should consult with your doctor before implementing this method.
It isn’t hard, but at the start you will feel uncomfortable or painful, because your bones will start to return in their natural position. In case you couldn’t implement this method for 5 minutes, you should start with sessions of minute or two and increase the time gradually until you get to the required 5 minutes. If you like to have positive results, you shouldn’t miss a day. Actually, it is some kind of stretching.
If you place the towel under your chest- you will have the effect of lifting the chest.
If you apply it on the area below the ribs-the waist will be more emphatic.
Be aware because even after 5 minutes of lying in this position, the bones and ankles will become inflexible. So you should avoid sudden movements after the treatment. First, lay on the side, then sit for a while and then you can stand up. Remember, don’t do any sudden movements.
Even if you are a skeptical, you have nothing to lose if you try it. Don’t forget to measure your volumes before the implementation of this treatment.
My experience with this method is great. I lost 2 cm in the waist after the fifth day. I lost 2 cm under the breasts and 2 cm on the belly, and I even gained more height- 0.8 cm. You may cannot believe it, but you should try it!
It will also improve your posture which will make you feel healthier. Your back pain will be disabled.
