- 6 prunes
- 100ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon of grounded flax seeds
- 1 teaspoon of cocoa
- 300ml of kefir
- Put the 6 prunes in the water and cover the bowl. Leave it to stay like this for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, put 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, a teaspoon of ground flax and a teaspoon of cocoa in another bowl.
- Then add the kefir in the mixture and mix it well.
- Then you can take the prunes and chop the finely, add them in the same mixture and mix well.
