In the video, our friends demonstrate how to make four meals that are low-carb yet so delicious. They make grilled cheese by grating steamed cauliflower instead of bread. You mix the cauliflower, an egg, and mozzarella; then spread squares on a baking sheet. You bake until golden and then you can assemble like normal, creating a grilled cheese sandwich. It looks so good!
Seriously, cauliflower is my new favorite thing!
