Mushrooms are extremely versatile and offer lots of variety. With a typical serving of mushrooms amounting to only around 35 calories and 0.5 grams of fat per 100grams. They are also packed with antioxidants, vitamin B and D and fiber.
Tomatoes are so versatile that they can be added to almost every recipe. They contain potassium, fiber, and vitamin C. Because of this, it is said to posses many health benefits. It contains just 18 calories for every 100 grams and only 0.2 gram,s of fat.
