Do you have a drawer or reusable shopping bag in the closet that is overflowing with plastic bags? I know I do! While it’s great that you are trying to reuse them and they aren’t just ending up in the garbage, a collection of bags can get out of hand pretty quickly, especially if you forget to bring reusable ones into the grocery store… every single time you go shopping…
If you are someone who has lost complete control and your home is slowly being consumed by a neverending stream of plastic bags, you’ve come to the right place. A number of us know exactly what you’re going through, so we’ve put together a video that shows just how easy it is to fix this problem!
What You Need
Empty baby wipes container
How To Do It
Start by stuffing your first plastic bag into the baby wipes container and making a loop with the handles.
Take a second bag and thread it through the handles of the first one.
Fold the bottom of the second plastic bag over the handles of the first one, and stuff it down into the container, leaving its handles out for the next bag.
Continue this process until you have successfully crammed all of your loose plastic bags into the container.
When you find yourself in need of a plastic bag, simply pull the first set of handles that are sticking out of the container and watch as the next set pops up for future use! And every time you bring a new plastic bag into the house, all you have to do is thread it through the last handle loop you created to store it away.
